Once the package is scanned by the shipping carrier Candle Boutique 21 has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. we are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

Delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. Please be sure to track your package. If there are issues with the delivery you should contact the shipping carrier first and provide them with the tracking number so they may investigate. 

Candle Boutique 21 only ships within the continental United States. No International Shipping.
